KandL Consultants was developed by two administrators who saw a need on campus to shift thinking in the areas of culture, behavior, and special education. By implementing the strategies and tools shared through multiple platforms including TPE, TPT, Instagram, and Facebook, they have been successful in reducing campus behavior referrals, increasing staff retention, and serving the special education population on their campus with fidelity and accuracy according to their individual needs. The true win for KandL has come in the culture shift that has rippled across their campus by being consistent and letting the teachers and students be the true voice behind the movement.
