Leaders need culture/climate tools, handy professional learning templates and often IDEAS to spark meaningful staff development! When I searched for this content, there wasn’t as much as I’d hoped (without hours of researching ASCD, NAESP, ILA, and so on). I vet the research and build the plan. I’ve taken the initiative to do it myself. I regularly attend training to reflect on my own practice, because I respect research, and I have a strong passion for teaching and learning. After over 25 years of being an educator I enjoy sharing resources with my colleagues.
