Looking for a back to school PD opportunity? We utilized Gallup’s Strength’s Finder Book (you can purchase on amazon, or through their website). We purchased a book for every teacher and had them fill out the questionnaire. This listed their top five strengths. We used these strengths for an entire year and focused on team building and culture games during a PLC every month. If you purchase this item, you will find the document we utilized to track each teacher’s strengths (that they had to figure out from each other through culture building activities).
