Phew! Now you can use your super-smart spreadsheet to organize which student needs attention each week! I find scheduling MTSS meetings twice a month works best, with the goal of covering every student on a specialized tier once a month. Of course, you might need to adjust the frequency as per your school’s needs. With this spreadsheet, you can keep track of who you’ve met on, and when. Share the agenda for MTSS meetings with your teachers by marking the appropriate column with the order of how you will discuss the students. And, for bonus points, link each student’s specific notes directly into this spreadsheet for easy access. By being organized and focused, you can ensure that your MTSS meetings are effective and beneficial for all students involved.
