The form is designed to be completed as a group at a staff meeting. It is broken down into a step-by-step process.
Steps include:
- Having teams analyze grade level data
- Discuss celebrations, goals, and action steps about core instruction
- Discuss students who may need intervention
- Discuss students who need supplemental instruction in the classroom
