How I Use Them
I print these cards on cardstock, cut them apart, and keep a stack ready to go!
When I visit a classroom, I jot down something positive I noticed during the walkthrough. It might be a great instructional strategy, strong classroom management, student engagement, or simply something the teacher did that deserves recognition.
I leave the card for the teacher as a small reminder that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!
