Description
Duck a Bus is a PBIS-aligned initiative designed to strengthen positive bus behavior, improve schoolโtransportation relationships, and create a shared sense of pride and accountability among students and drivers.
Using your schoolโs existing expectations (e.g., Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible), buses earn recognition for positive behavior over a set timeframe (biweekly or monthly recommended). Students demonstrating appropriate bus behavior receive Duck Bus Bucks, drivers are publicly acknowledged, and entire buses are celebrated as a team.
Best of allโeverything is customizable. Your PBIS team determines the expectations, incentives, tracking systems, and recognition structures that best fit your school community.
