Some questions or insights that you’ll gain by using these forms:

• How much time are teachers actually using for instruction?
• What tasks mainly take away from instructional time?
• How much does the teacher interact with all students in the class?
• Are their certain students they don’t interact with much or certain areas of the room?
• How often are teacher’s asking questions during the lesson?
  Are the questions the teacher asked mostly lower level questions or do they also include higher-level questions?
• Is the grading rubric our team created effective?
• Are all teachers on our team using the rubric the same way and grading students fairly?
• After seeing the results of our unit’s pre-assessment do we need to adjust our teaching plan?
• Which students already know the content or topic from the pre-assessment and how can we challenge these students?
• Which students are behind and have gaps related to this content or topic?
