Description

Organized Chaos is an oxymoron that sometimes describes some of our classrooms.  Sometimes this is okay and good things are still happening if you look beyond the surface.  New teachers often look at seasoned teachers and want to duplicate that organized chaos.  What they learn in trying to do so is that those seasoned teachers have a secret.  The organized part of the chaos came from teaching procedures that keep learning happening.  This guided PLC helps create the purpose, reasoning behind, and road map for putting into action procedures to help make the chaos an engaging learning experience.  Included area time-saving tech tip for teachers to put in their toolbox, reflective questions, discussion questions, descriptions of a procedure driven classroom, and examples of procedures to teach.  It also includes a sample  handout for teachers to begin planning what procdures they see as being important to their classrooms.
